Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the breathtaking national park hiking trails. The rooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with good blackout curtains, which made our stay comfortable and even allowed us to enjoy the Northern Lights before the snowfall. However, the dining schedule might not suit hardcore sightseeing enthusiasts. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Staying here was a real treat! The rooms were basic but cozy in the new section of the guest house, offering a decent size and an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location is superb, especially if you plan to visit Diamond Beach and the ice lagoon, right by breathtaking hiking trails. The dining was somewhat basic, more fitting for a hostel than a guesthouse, with limited ordering times, but the fried fish was a standout. Overall, a lovely stay with a mix of positives and a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a stunning setting, near a horse farm and with divine hot pots. The rooms lack character and can't be darkened enough, making it challenging for families with kids. On the bright side, the rooms are of good standards and comfortable, providing a decent stay.
